expenses allowed or disallowed as deduction

The payment for some expense requires the mode via credit card only. and a company don't has credit card so on the behalf of company director is paying from his own credit card.. so how to record all these in books?? company has to reimburse to director right?? and has to maintain the bill for that expenses??
