18 September 2009I had paid Stampduty & Registration Fees on Purchase of Land in 2008-09 & in that FY I had sold two lands.
Capital Gain working is in honour. my question is that can i claim that stampduty or registration fees against my LTCG?
Can i file that Individual IT return as ERETURN?

stampduty n reg fee is part of cost of asset n LTCG will be arrived at after deducting such cost from sale consideration

If u purchased the land and paid stamp duty, it gets added to cost of acquisistion.
If u sold land and paid stamp duty then it is reduced from sale consideration.
