Expenditure on construction of temple

i was told

temple constructed inside the factory premises should be treated as capital expenditure and  5%depriciation claim can be made.

where as while condtructed outside the factory premises it is to be treated as revenue expenditure and totally charged to p&l a/c.

can someone piease eloborate on this??

it is capital expenditure inside factory premises charged as capital expenses outside factory premises depend whether you use sample for public purpose or private purpose

that is to whom the ownership of tample,if you are having ownership of tample then it cannot be charged as revenue expenses

it will always be a capital expenditure....

Temple outside the factory premises is neither Capital expenditure and nor allowable as Revenue Expenditure in the capacity of the Co. coz its not buss. exp.
