Well, no one can exactly predict what ICAI is planning but as per my expectations, if ICAI gives due weightage to market conditions than pass percentage is ought to be more than 15%.(Due to increase in demand of freshers in GST).
I had seen some senior council members advising - Its actually paper setting like length, toughness that mostly determines the pass percentage

Ajay Sir- Conservative group 2 percentage means you expect group 2 to be in single digits? That would suggest that icai wants to make sure that most candidates study full gst in curriculum and not jus the overview applicable in Nov 17 exams.

Aritra.. Sahi pakde he bhai... ICAI don't know that GST is service tax based... Pass hoke bhi 2 mahine me sikh lenge GST wese bhi may 18 me bhi sab outdated hi padhna hoga... Thodi latest GST notification applicable hongi

All are correct. But conservative here means on lower side than past 2-3 attempts. somewhere around 10-12%.
