As Audit is a subject wic is more or less Law driven
If there is any change in any of d existing laws accordingly everythng wil alter/MODIfy
Change in Any laws wic change d provisions for Accounting and Taxation
Accordingly Auditing of d same wil change
But Co. Act is already applicable so there will be no major change, in that case
