A COMPANY INCORPORATED IN NOV 2017 AND TILL DATE OPERATION OF BUSINESS NOT COMMENCENT .FOR STAT AUDIT F/Y 17-18  EXPENSES INCURRED SUCH AS AUDIT FEES TRAVELLING EXP RENT .OFFICE ETC SHOULD BE DEBITED IN PL ACCOUNT OR THE SAME SHALL CPAITIALISED UNDER PREMILINIERY EXP?
