Dear All,
We have one client which is STPI unit located in EOU. Now the company is exiting from the STPI scheme wef October 2010. Can the company claim exemption U/s 10A for first 6 months of the year 2010-11 ie. up to the date it is under the scheme. We need to ascertain this for the purpose of payment of Advance Tax for the PY 2010-11.
In my view, we can claim the same but, I am not sure. Could you please clarify on the same
