I am student of CA final and I gave my first attempt in nov 2010 and cleared I st group and got exemption in Indirect taxes so in may 2011 exams I have given balance three papers and got marks as below.

Final Examination Result

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India

Examination Results,May/June 2011

ROLL Number 47671 *Check Merit

Name PRAKHAR GUPTA

Group II

Advanced Management Accounting 071

Information Systems Control and Audit 025

Indirect Tax Laws 060E

Result FAIL

Grand Total 220

I want to clarify that in next attempt will I have to give only ISCA paper as I have scored more than 60 marks in two papers or all the three papers next time.
If not will i am entitled for exemption in direct taxes and managment accounting after surrendering my previous exemption in indirect taxes because i have heard that only one time exemption is recognised?

Please help-Urgent...
I will be thankful.
