Can a private limited company providing patient care services claim an exemption from GST under Health Care services..? Company provides care takers for ill patients or care takers for patients who are recovering from a surgery. Or physiotherapist provided for post surgery treatment.
Is it required that company need to register under any medical association/nursing council..? Or not necessary?

No need. But, Better to Register under GST also in ROC details.
