Dear Mr. Jeevesh,
Excise duty is leviable on goods which come into existance as a result of "manufacture". Can You pls tell what are those processes against which you are paying excise duty? Kindly go though the Notification No. 50/2003-CE of 10-6-2003 whch exempts certain goods being produced in HP.
