I got 2 exemption in 1st group of ca final can i avail 2 exemption in same group

Yes, provided both the exemptions are scored in the same exam and you don't have a subsisting exemption from an earlier attempt - ICAI Exemption FAQs

Yes you are entitled for exemption in two papers, focus on remaining two papers. Best of luck.
