Exemption from service tax

Hi all friends.

I want to know that is there any exemption in Service tax.

If a service provider is providing a Bus for the Marriage Purpose on rent (Hire). with the Air conditon and without air condition facility in Bus

No exemption in this category. As this will b treated as rent a cab. So fully chargeable to ST.

Not exempted. Fully liable for service tax.

Please refer provision in relation to Contract Carriage...Not a normal rent a cab facility.
