Dear friends,
Can anybody tell me under which section a firm is eligible to take exemption from profit in Income Tax Act, if that firm is situated in Jammu & Kashmir n deals in Chemicals. whether sec. 80IB or 80 IC?
i have to fill the form no. 10CCB under Rule 18BBB so i wana confirm it?
