@ Raj - u have to undergo sip training if u arent eligible for exemption from sip as discussed earlier by richank garg earlier on dis platform....

U can get the form from ICSI regional office itself and u need to complete it b4 giving ur june 12 cs exec exam.

Best of luck.yes

Dear All,

As we are aware that The Council of the Institute has approved the eligibility criteria for grant of exemption from undergoing Student Induction Programme (SIP).

For more info in this regard please check the link below:

EXEMPTION FROM CS STUDENT INDUCTION PROGRAMME (SIP)

Documents required for claiming exemption:

As per my conversation with ICSI office, following documents are required to get exemption from SIP:

  1. Duly filled SIP Exemption Form

Your application to get exemption from SIP should be accompanied with a duly filled SIP exemption form.

  1. Work Experience Certificate

As one of the criteria for exemption is one year of working experience as assistant or any other post equivalent thereto in the field of Finance, Secretarial, HR, Marketing, General Administration, Teaching, Research etc. in any body corporate, government body, statutory or autonomous body, public undertaking, financial institution, banks, consultancy firms, Law firms  or any other  organization/institution which in the opinion of the Council provides scope for adequate exposure for exemption from SIP you have to attach original copy of your duly signed one year Experience Certificate issued by the employer covering the following details:

  1. Name of the company
  2. Period of employment
  3. Designation
  4. Nature of Job
  5. Copy of degree or diploma on the basis of which you got this job

  1. Self Attested Copy of Degree or Mark Sheet

Another criterion for exemption is possessing professional qualification like CA, CWA, LL.B, BE/B.Tech/B.Arch, MBBS, Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Businesses Administration/Management, MCA or any other qualification as approved by the Council from time to time by the applicant. To get exemption on the basis of Professional qualification you have to attach self attested copy of Degree or Mark sheet.

Please send the duly filled in form within six months from the date of registration in the Executive Programme with the copies of requisite certificates through post to:-

Joint Director –Training & Placement

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India

22, Institutional Area

Lodi Road, New Delhi -110003

You may also mail the soft copies of the documents (PDF) at amit.sircar @ icsi.edu

Thanks

RG
