Exemption from Computer training CS

Hi im appearing for foundations this year in CS. I saw this discussion regarding the Compulsory Computer training at Inters. I hold a Diploma in Information Technology Application certified the GOVT. of WEST BENGAL. Will this hold any good. It covers all the basics of computer and much more. Can i claim exemption at the Inters?

Yes Udita u can definitely claim the exemption frm computer training...

all u hv to do is approach ur nearest Aptech Centre (list on ICSI website) with ur diploma certificate and register there for online exam....

after clearing the online xam u will get the computer training certficate..

Thank u so much for this information. Anotherbthing could u plz tell me what exactly is there in the syllabus for Computer training in CS? I mean besides Microsoft office.... like tally and all?

In CS computer training, ms world, excel,tally 9.0, powerpoint etc in syllabus

Hi i'm graduated in Bsc(computer science), doing my ICWAI (inter),CS(exect),completed my computer practical traning with CWA institute.Will i get exemption with ICSI ???

In an exclusive arrangement, Asia's IT Training leader, APTECH will train students and members of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), the apex body governing the Company Secretaries in the country.
