I got exemption in account in Nov 2015 and I appeared in exam may 2016 and Nov 2016 but I can't appear in may 2017,is exemption valid in Nov 2017 exam?

No, your exemption is valid only upto May 2017 exams, irrespective of the fact whether you attempt may 2017 exams or not.

No. Exemption is valid for next three following exams irrespective of whether you appear in exams or not.
