I want to know agar non-dust chalk ko school mein supply kiya jata hai to is supply ko gst return mein kis column mein enter karenge-
exmpted sale wale column mein ya
b2c others ke tax rate 0% wale column mein....

no gst charged. taxable value is invoice value.

If it is exempted or nil rated then you have to show in , exempted , Nil rated outward supply table .

Exempted or Nil rated supply means , certain Goods or services are exempted or kept Nil rated in the public Interest by way of Notification by the GOVT .
Zero reated supply is used only for export purpose , under GST law Export of Goods or services are Zero reated supply ( No GST ) . So 0 % used only for export .
