exempt supply or not
I have business of laboratory testing in which we provide testing services to patients as well as some other laboratory and hospital. As I know testing to patient is exempt. what about testing to other labs and hospitals

1) It is covered under health Care services - exemption from GST whether u r providing to patients individually or on contract to other laboratories
2) Other laboratories has to pay GST on margin amount charged by them from customers
2) Other laboratories has to pay GST on margin amount charged by them from customers
