what is provision under GST / EWAY BILL ACT/RULES/SECTION about the requirement of E-way bill ? When supply of nil rated or exempt GOODS from unregistered person.
Means an unregistered person supplying Rice Husk (Exempted Goods) and a farmer or broker or supplier is unregistered and supplying nill rated goods under multi vehicle consignment under Single Invoice. Is the supply required E-way bill ?
