Suppose a old syllabus student has already cleared first group in final ....now in nov 10 he is attempting for second ...If he fails to clear but get exemption in tax ...then can he carry forward this exemption to new syllabus in may 11....???

Hi, There is no doubt . you can carried forward the exemption and you can write three papers.
Name only changes. but New syllabus is does not vary from old
