i want to quit CA im in 1year of articleship without consent of principal and institute can i discintinue my CA journey.if not what action institute and CA can take againest me?i hope i get reply please reply me

There is no civil or criminal offence which you would be doing, that Institute or your principal can take any action against you to damage you any more than what you are doing. Since you are quitting CA then what action or damage ICAI can do to you.
you can leave anytime. there is no consequences for the same.
