I am new to the business of exports and request you to let me know How Can I avail the benefit of Exemption of Excise duty on Goods which I am purchasing from the dealer Only ( Not directly from the manufacturer).

dealer is not entitled to allow duty free clearance, he will help you to procure goods from manufacture end, provided you furnish CT-1, and ARE-1 in favor of manufacturer.
