02 May 2009a sole proprietor has one ssi uniit manufacturing chemicals and another unit owned by reltive which is also sole proprietor both companies transfer funds to each other
will the clearances form both units be clubbed for purpsoe of ssi turnover under excise laws

No. however one unit will be partnership. Then it can be clubbed.
