11 April 2012When filing excise return for dealers if invoice base on which credit is passed on is require to be shown in return for separete quarter as part of goods sold in 1 st and part of goods sold in 2nd quarter then when filing return inoice details are required to be shown full for both quarter or proportionate.
PLS HELP ITS URGET I HAVE TO FILE RETURN PLS

The Quarterly in return you should submit within 20 days from the end of the Month. The form you can downloaded from CBEC Website https://cbec.gov.in/excise/cx-forms/qtr-return-reg-dealers.pdf. You should show in each quarter how much CENVAT Credit availed and T/s to other dealer. Give details with respect to the item with maximum duty covered by the document.
