Trader should tell when will he file the return !!
There is no interest applicable as far as he has paid his duty liability on time.
W.e.f 01.03.2015, the late fiing fee (Penalty) of Rs.100 per day of delay is applicable subject to maximum penalty of Rs.20,000/-
