But say if there are 2 diff PAN card manufacturers for 2 diff locations in which you have common direcotes will that come under the clubbing of clearances pervue?

each separate PAN which is used for registrartion means separate identity, however in due course if its traced by department the facts that directors are common and any business relation is established between these two companies then clubbing provisions may get enforced.
