Excise registration for ssi unit
We achieved total excise sale during this year Rs. 145 Lacs & still few month remaining in this year.
Plz guide me what i need to do for excise registration & we need to pay excise duty on complete excise sale which we have done before taking registration.

Exemption up to Rs.150 L. REgistration and payment of duty on crossing of Rs.150L only. Duty only on clearnce in excess of Rs.150L. A simple declaration needs to be filed upon crossing Rs.90L.
