21/2004 CE(NT) specifies the rebate of duty on imputs used, to be exported under notification no 42/2001 CE(NT)
while the rule 18 prescirbes the rebate of duty read with notification no 40/2001CE(NT)
both can not be performed at single time, so you have to opt for any one of above.

We have aleady taken duty draw back from the custom. kindly let me know we are eligible for excise refund.

read the ARE-1 clauses appended at bottom of ARE-1, which were filled at the time of clearance, and you will get your status clear with the declaration made at the time of export of goods.
