i just want to know procedural requirement for excise registration like:-
1.does client have to file declarant form every year for SSI Exemption
2.and there after have to intimate deparment after crossing trounover 90 lackh,
and than regestration detaill

As per notification- 8/2003, Small scale Industries has avail benefit of SSI if their turnover less than 4 cror.
the SSI has to file a declaration form for once to the Excise Dept. when their turnover exeeds 90 lacs in Previous Year,but registration and liablities of payment of excise is require only turnover exceeds 1.5 cror.

1)file the declaration with department ( AC/DC) once you reach 90 lacs,
2) registration required @ just before 150 lacs
3) no need to file unless u reach 90 lacs, but if you have reached 90 lacs in immediate preceeding year, then file the declaration, if u reach 90 lacs - 150 lacs every year, then every year needed to file
