What is the Excise on Liquor in the following Union Territories:
1) Daman & Diu
2) Dadra & Nagra Haveli(Silvassa)
Which law governs the same?

get in touch with state excise department , as central excise does not cover these !! its under juridiction of state excise.

Thanks but already knew that! I'm in touch with Maharashtra State Excise Department. But what about Daman & Diu and Dadra & Nagar Haveli State Excise rates per litre on beer production?

state excise rates differ point to point, and mainly on the percentage of alcohal content and factory capacity, so you have to get in touch with state excise department only.

This is very helpful. In the first link given above, it seems that the same act applies to Goa, Daman & Diu. In the second link given above, it pertains to rates of excise on Liquor in Goa. Does this mean that the rates given in the 2nd link also pertain to Daman & Diu? Or are they different?
