Please let me know whether the date of invoice prepared as per Rule 11 shall be equal to the date of removal of goods from factory?
Also, what if goods are removed after the date of invoice?

Date of removal of goods may be differ from date of preparation of invoice.
But rate of excise duty should be as per date of removal of goods.
