Shifting of registered office with mca

Dear Friends,

My client is private limited co. and currently they are registered at Delhi with registrar of Delhi and Haryana.

Now he want to shift his office at Gurgaon, Haryana.

Pls guide me what process is to be followed to complete this transaction.
