Excise Forms

Can any body send soft copy either in WORD or Excle for following excise forms. Also with meaning and compulsation of each forms ;

RG1 & RG2

RG-23A part-I and RG-23A part-II

We are mainly doing Jobwork activity and some time manufacturing product as per customers drawing or sample. Under this case what excise register I have to maintain & does it compulsory?
