Excise duty redemption

We manufacture drip irrigation pipes and sell in domestic market.Our product as well as manufacturing unit is excise exempted. We purchase raw materials like pvc granules with excise duty. Can we procure raw material without excise duty or we can get reexcise duty paid for raw material purchased by provide any kind of form? (Like CT-1 form used in Export units)
