Pls clarify!
Excise duty is exempted on purchase of goods by STPI units.
Is this benefit confined only to purchase of Capital goods or does it applies to all goods?

Central Excise Duty exemption is available on Capital goods bought from Domestic Market on request from Director, STPI.

what do you mean by STPI Unit, it is not clear to me.
