CAN ANYBODY TELL ME THAT CAN WE IMPOSE EXCISE DUTY ON SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT .WAT IS THE RATE APPLICABLE.?
We have dealer and import goods, pay duty but i want to know we have utilisation of such duty. i.e
passed on import registration number but last excise dealer return filled by me and know importer no. not accepted. I use excel utility software, please help me
