Excise duty on not for resale products

Dear All,

We are software company. We sale antivirus product online as well as in Box pack.

If we want to sale another bundle up product with main product (with box pack only) to our parter (which they cannot resale) , how will be it treated for excise purpose or at what rate we have to pay excise.
