I made inter state purchase in June, the invoice containse Excise duty 12.5% - Rs.51975/- I have stock of Rs.5,00,000/- as in the invoice.
Can I get ITC for this?
Mention that you are a registered person under excise or not?

Provide complete information about business activity and type of products you are dealt in (whether taxable or exempt). If product purchased and accounted in June 2017 and cenvat credit allowed for the same under pre-GST regime, untilised credit of the same can be available and transferred to GST regime under transitional provisions of GST.
