Dear all
We have Iron ore beneficiation plant and we use low grade iron ore to upgrade it so we buy iron ore and sell it in iron ore form itself please help me in finding out if this material is exempted from Excise duty

Falls under 2601. Exempted under Noti.4/2006-CE.
