I Purchased Goods by paying 14% Excise Duty susequently the rate got changed to 8%. If i return back the material after rate got changed to 8% then what is the rate i should charge in the purchaes return Invoice ? 14% or 8%

As per CCR rules if inputs are removed as such same duty has to paid
