please guide me for the following matter :
if a person is having factory registered under excise in gujarat , purchases rawmaterial from other state, sending it for jobwork in that state and then direct sale from jobworker's premise to other party of that state or any other state....
then, what is the documentation to be made for excise, what returns to be furnished by this client..

if u r sending a raw materials to job worker in india then you prefare a Job work Challan (AnnX-II) and DC this are jobwork sending Documents
You are eligble for finished goods cleared from jowwork primisess. documents are first you are permission taken from Central Excise Authority.then discharge the finished goods from jobworker primisess documents is your Excise Invoice and Central Excise permission Latter.
You are eligable finished goods cleared from jobworker under Central Excise Rule 4(6)
