Whteher any documents are required to be filed with excise & service tax returns?

The assessee has to file relevant pages of PLA and copy of TR-6 Challans. No other documents are required.
There is no requirement of filing any separate statement of Cenvat Credits availed. Documents (original or copies) on the basis of credit was availed are also not required to be filed.
