Excise

Dear Sir,

              I want toknow the whole procedure of Excise duty. That is what is done with the input Excise duty & what is done with the output excise duty? what registers are to be maintained. and how the excise is to be paid and what portion is to be paid etc. etc. What are RG 23A & PLA.
