Could any one suggest what needs to be done in case of
excisable goods sent for exhibition & brought back into factory premise

Remove the goods from factory through Excise Invoice ie. after charging excise duty and after completion of exhibition received the goods as sales return and take cenvate credit as input paid ate the time of removal of goods.
