How can we set off TDS payment against Excess TDS remaining in TAN account of the assesse?

You can set off the same against the next months payment if any.

Do we have to make any adjustments in the return during the quarter for transferring the same from TAN account?

No adjustmemnts to be made as such.

You just quote the challan details, and claim the balance amount
