I have a query regarding excess TDS recovered from an employee
he submitted a proof of payment in march, by mistake i didnt took into consideration of that investment
now he can get around TWo thousand rupees refund from the same. I submitted the returns already is it possible to change the returns now.

yes
u can file revise return if u have already file it and can claim the benefit under sec.80 and also excess tds

1) You can file a correction statement.
2) The employee can claim the refund in his return, after considering his investments etc., whether you file the correction statement or not.

I am trying to correct the RPU file, but i am unable to edit the figures in the statement (Annexure II)
how can I do that

Hi all, I got solution for the problem, After opening the file in RPU in Annexure II
we have to add rows at the end; then in second column we will get one option "add" after that we can enter the data as per our requirements.
