if there is excess tds deducted in one quarter how to adjust the excess deduction and how the etds returns to be filed

If you deduct TDS in one quarter then don't deduct the TDS on remaining amount , then no isssue of e-return..............

One has deduct TDS on rent for the month of oct 2009 @ 15.45%, which sought to be @ 10%
Whether he can ajust in the month of nov.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
