If you deduct TDS in one quarter then don't deduct the TDS on remaining amount , then no isssue of e-return..............
If any doubt please let me know..........

One has deduct TDS on rent for the month of oct 2009 @ 15.45%, which sought to be @ 10%
Whether he can ajust in the month of nov.
