Can excess service tax paid on transportation services (25% of value) be taken as excise credit?
or otherwise it can be adjested i.e.less paid for the next month?

Service tax paid on inward Cartage can take as cenvat credit by manufacturer. Excess service tax paid can be adjust in return period.
On GTA i.e outward transportation charges, it is paid in excess ? Can it be adjested in the same period ie. less payment for the next mths?
