I am currently serving the excess leave period of my articleship which was of 6 months. i wanted to know whether from this period also 1/6th leave is allowed or we have to serve this period without any leave?

In a period of 3 years officially by the institute a period of 158 days is allowed to be taken as leave . Now if your total number of leave days taken is exceeding 158 days then the extension applies to you for that much days . In the extension period if you are taking leave than that much will again go on extending . By any ways you have to complete 3 years .

My leave in this excess period is around 6-7 days. Now in form no. 108 if I mention this, i'll have to again submit a supplementary deed of articles and if I mention my leave as zero then would it be acceptable coz zero leave is practically impossible.
