Excess Pension

Excess pension of 1.12 lakhs was paid in fy 2018-19 by treasury which was not due to me. they paid by mistake.
In fy 18-19 they deducted tax on it.
Am I liable to pay tax on amount which paid to me mistakingly and being recovered back in fy 19-20 on bringing to notice this mistake by me only. they were not aware of the Blunder done.
